Thorsten Warranty & Size Exchange Policy
Shipping Fees:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims and size exchanges.
Size Exchange Process:

Warranty Fee: Thorsten charges a $20 warranty processing fee for all exchanges.

Start Your Exchange:

Select your new size, add optional engraving, and pay for the processing fee and shipping from Thorsten to you.

Confirmation & RMA:

Sparkle & Jade will send a confirmation email with your order number.

Prepare Your Return:

The original Thorsten ring box is not required.

Include your order number in the shipment.

Use a secure padded mailer or box to ensure safe delivery.

You may use any carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), but we recommend insuring the ring for its original value.

Processing:

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Once your new ring ships, Sparkle & Jade will provide you with a tracking number.

Previously Engraved Rings:
Engraved rings can only be exchanged under Thorsten’s size exchange warranty. Any engraving or custom work will need to be redone at the customer's expense, regardless of any promotions at the time of purchase.
Thorsten Lifetime Size Exchange Warranty:

Exchanges:
Since alternative metals cannot be resized, Thorsten offers a lifetime size exchange warranty. You may exchange your ring for a different size, but it must be the same style and width. -
Engraving:
Any custom engraving must be redone at your expense. -
What’s Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as scratches, inlay damage, or lost stones. -
Style Availability:
The ring must be exchanged for the same style. If the original style is discontinued, a similar style may be substituted. -
Eligibility:
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. -
Alterations:
Any alterations to the ring (excluding engraving) will void the warranty. -
Sentimental Value:
Thorsten is not responsible for the sentimental or intrinsic value of the ring. -
Shipping Fees:
All shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
Thorsten Lifetime Warranty:

Defects:
Thorsten guarantees that their rings are free of manufacturing defects. If your ring cracks or breaks due to accidental damage, it will be replaced. -
Custom Rings:
Custom rings are non-refundable. Warranty claims on custom rings will incur a custom fee. -
Alterations:
Third-party alterations (except engravings by Thorsten) will void the warranty. -
Style Substitution:
If your ring style is discontinued, a similar style may be substituted. -
Customs:
Any customs taxes for international shipments are the recipient’s responsibility.
LIMITATIONS OF THE WARRANTY:

Alterations:
Any third-party alterations to the ring, except for engraving, will void the warranty. Thorsten will replace the ring only. Custom rings are non-refundable and non-returnable (Sale is Final). -
Engraving and Custom Work:
Any engraving or custom work will need to be redone at the customer's expense. -
Normal Wear:
The warranty does not cover normal wear, including scratches. While Thorsten rings are scratch-resistant, they are not scratch-proof. The warranty strictly pertains to the ring itself, excluding the inlay. Inlay damage is considered normal wear and tear. Please note that certain inlays may be exposed and more susceptible to damage. -
Stones:
Stones that become dislodged over the lifetime of the ring are not covered. There is a fee for replacing any lost or damaged stones. We do not cover stolen or lost products. -
Refunds:
All alternative metal rings are refundable within 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds do not encompass engraving fees, custom fees, or shipping. -
Processing and Shipping Fee:
A $20.00 processing and shipping fee applies for every return or exchange request.
