I have so much to say about this seller. I was teally nervous because I wanted to get my future finances ring so I had his when he proposed to me. Amy was always so prompt and kind when responding to me. she met the ETA if when I needed it, and eased my nerves. The ring is georgous and the gems represent the most important women in his life, his kids and I. I will absolutely keep them in mind for all my future jewelry needs.
It's even more beautiful than the photos, and the custom engraving is gorgeous.
I am very pleased with the quality of this ring! I initially used an online store only to find out it was a cheap drop ship product. I did my research this time and found SparkleNJade has a long standing reputation for quality products and quality customer service. The ring I received from SparkleNJade is the high quality I am expecting for my wedding band. I did have to use their 14 day exchange window to get a different size. Please not the sizes are accurate. It was poor sizing on my end as my sizer was only 3mm wide instead of 6mm size of this ring. Support was very helpful in completing the exchange. I highly recommend SparkleNJade and this product for others!

Size and shape are good. But the color and clarity are awful. They're nothing like they're shown in the pics. The color is muted, pale, washed out and muddy. The stones look cloudy. Far more grey/tan than green.
It was delivered in the typical, plastic bag. Ridiculously fancy box, w the earrings still in cheap plastic bags, just tossed in the fancy box.
Would not recommend or use again.

The upgraded aquamarine is very pretty. They can be washed out looking.

This is really a gem piece. Black diamonds with the silver and brush contrast, looks really beautiful. Good fit and feels a little heavy!
