Please package your items securely before sending.
We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. 
Please include any original jewelry packaging or branded product boxes with your return.
All items must be in unused, unworn condition and post marked within 30 days from the date you recieved your original shipment. 

Items showing signs of wear or missing parts may be subject to a restocking fee or decline.

 

We recommend USPS Click-N-Ship for easy, printable Priority Mail postage w/ free insurance up to $50, tracking and pickup!

 

Final sale items that are not eligible for return: Custom Sized, Engraved, Personalized, Altered, Clearance and Final Sale items.

Earrings and body jewelry are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons except for manufacturing defects.

AfterPay Merchant processing fees are non-refundable in the event of a refund. Sparkle & Jade will deduct a 7% processing fee for any AfterPay Refunds or Cancellations.  Once a refund has been issued, Afterpay is not able to reverse or change this action.
