Alamea guarantees that all jewelry is to the highest standards of quality. All jewelry is carefully checked for manufacturing defects, then inspected again prior to the final shipment which is why they stand by their product with a lifetime warranty. In the unlikely event that a problem arises with your jewelry you will need to mail it in for inspection. If the problem is deemed to be a manufactures' defect, they will substitute it with a similar style or exchange free of charge*.

A warranty card, proof of purchase or product registration must be shown in order to be protected. *In the event that your item must be mailed, only a small shipping and handling fee will be charged. The Alamea warranty does not cover damaged caused by natural wear, negligence, or repair attempts made by other parties.
