Cubic Zirconia, also know as "CZ", is a synthesized (man-made gemstone) The zirconium is an oxide of the metallic element-crystalline form of zirconium dioxide. Different oxides can be added to make the variety of colors.
Cubic Zirconia is the most popular diamond substitute, although heavier, softer, and more affordable than a diamond.
