I was very excited about finding this necklace on the internet. It was delivered fairly quickly. But to my disappointment, there was no 18” chain. Just the cross.
Thank you for your feedback. Our inspection records show the chain was included with the pendant kit at the time of shipment. For ash holder necklaces, the chain is packaged separately from the pendant so the pendant can be filled before use. We’re sorry for any confusion and would have been happy to assist had we been contacted.
