My daughter bought me a 'Grandmother's Necklace' for Christmas from another vendor with the birthstones of her 3 children. The chain on that necklace was not removable/changable and it was EXTREMELY frail and flimsy. It broke the first time I wore it and was lost! I ordered this necklace to replace the irreplaceable. I love the necklace! The necklace and stones are smaller than expected, but very pretty. They are exactly as advertised, so it was my expectation that was flawed, not the necklace! I immediately replaced the delicate chain provided with a more sturdy one. The chain that it came with is lovely, but I'm once bitten and twice shy with a delicate chain holding such a meaningful treasure. I would recommend this necklace and vendor.
good quality, smaller than it appears; the white gold looks very shiny and lavender CZ is not as purple as examples- looks like a dull mauve, almost taupe color.

This item was sold as VAT and POSTAGE included In the price (and this is advertised on sellers page) but I had to pay a further £30 to received item after the initial purchase (total of £130). Seller says they rely on Etsy rule that local taxes are paid by buyer (even though they include VAT in total price). The stones used were much smaller than advertised and I had these measured by a jeweller to determine. The seller is extremely reluctant to rectify and I have returned the item but not yet received refund.
Update 26 Dec - the seller now states a full refund won't be issued and that “Upon receipt and inspection I will determine the refunded amount less postage, tools and labor.”
