After hours of trying to find something custom that I wanted for my wife, I came across your website and found something I was looking for. I ordered it and the status updates and communication were excellent. I did not feel like I had to hunt down or bother the merchant to see what was going on with my order. The fulfillment was quick and the shipping was great. Received the item just in time to give to my wife who delivered our twin babies the next day. She cried when I gave it to her and she loves it. I would recommend the site and if I need something similar would come back to this merchant again for sure. Thanks

I was a little disappointed that we weren't able to receive the ring before Christmas, but that was my fault. Sparkle and Jade did an amazing job with this ring. We received it on January 2, 2018, when we thought it wouldn't be here for at least three more weeks. We had ours custom made and my wife loves it. The pricing is very decent. The sparkling case is fetching. Also, the company sent us multiple emails letting us know when the item shipped, with links to USPS. This was very helpful. All-in-all I'd give them 5 stars.
